14-day withdrawal
Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Use our withdrawal form or send an unambiguous statement by post to STAVROS KALPAKAS / CUORE ADVERTISING, Kythnou 9, Glyfada 16674, Greece. Include your name, contact details, case reference and the service you wish to cancel.
Starting early is your choice
The checkout early-start box is optional and is not selected by default. If you expressly request work during the withdrawal period, a withdrawal after work begins may require payment proportionate to the work provided. You lose the withdrawal right after full performance only where you gave the required express consent and acknowledgement. Otherwise we wait until the withdrawal period ends before paid work starts.
Refund handling
When a withdrawal entitles you to a refund, it is made within 14 days after we are informed, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without a fee. A request is recorded for review; submitting the form does not itself execute a Stripe refund. Statutory rights for a service that is not supplied or does not conform remain unaffected.
Quotes, third parties and changes
Submitting a quotation request does not take payment. Authority fees and separately purchased third-party services have their own applicable terms and rights. If your needs change, contact us before further work is performed so that we can agree any revised scope and price.
