Who provides the service

What you buy
Each service page describes the scope, required information and displayed fee. We provide preparation, guidance and coordination as described, independently of government authorities, banks and consulates. Legal, tax or other regulated work requires an appropriately authorised professional and a separately agreed scope. We do not guarantee citizenship, a permit, a bank account or another official outcome.
Prices and payment
Checkout shows the total service charge in EUR before payment through Stripe. We do not add a later tax surcharge to that displayed service amount. Government fees and separately agreed third-party work are excluded. Quotation requests are not charged: scope, final price and timing must be agreed first. Paid work starts only after payment confirmation and the required information and authority to act have been checked.
Timing and your responsibilities
Preparation targets run only after the complete file and required authorisations are accepted and the applicable withdrawal period has ended, unless you expressly request an early start. Authority and bank processing times are separate. Provide accurate information and respond to requests. Never send TAXISnet passwords, bank passwords, card details or one-time security codes through our forms.
Cancellation and problems
Consumer withdrawal rights and the early-start arrangements are explained in the Cancellation & Refunds policy. Contact us with your case reference about a delay, an error or a complaint. We will assess the request against the agreed scope and your mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms removes protections or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.
Accounts
Keep your password and recovery code private. Recovery by email is not currently available. Email ownership is not verified at registration. A guest case is linked to your browser session; register in that same browser to retain access across devices. We may restrict misuse, fraud or unauthorised access without removing statutory rights.
