What is not included

Government charges, bank fees, translations by third parties and professional legal or tax advice are separate unless expressly included in an agreed quotation. Payment does not guarantee an official approval or automatically submit an application.

Secure document upload

After Stripe confirms the deposit, your private case page accepts PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP files. Access is limited to your customer session/account and authorised administration.

When work starts

After confirmed payment, a complete-file review and any necessary authorisation. You may request an early start at checkout; otherwise paid work starts after the withdrawal period. A schedule is agreed after the case review. Authority processing is separate.
