What we need from you

• Valid passport and lawful-entry evidence
• Documents identifying the investment and invested funds
• Official investment certification or supporting corporate/property records, where applicable
• Health-insurance evidence and recent identity photographs
• Authorisation documents where a representative submits the file

When work starts

After confirmed payment, a complete-file review and any necessary authorisation. You may request an early start at checkout; otherwise paid work starts after the withdrawal period. A schedule is agreed after the case review. Authority processing is separate.
